Next portion of 1/2 $$$ commitment depends explicitly on acceptance of BLA for filing. So, maybe they did look it over real carefully.

Am just surprised that this could be a serious qualm on the part of the FDA: are you sure they were really, really, really sick and hopeless or just really, really sick and hopeless? If the data is poor or marginal, then I can see this being one of many issues, but cannot see this as being a pivotal issue.
