That is how the banks make money. I am sure you will agree with that.

The doctors would be fascinated with your case, I'm sure. It no doubt must have required the full application of that 88 IQ. Claude has discussed this ad nauseum as have I. In fact, we've discussed this aspect in general as it relates to the whole sector. You see, that is because we actually do conduct a broad dissection of RELEVANT issues relating to these stocks. Lack of capital is one of the reasons these properties go for a song. Do you feel capital restraints are a permanent or unresolvable challenge, especially for deposits offering compelling returns? Glad to have you join in on this issue. But, you should note that Claude and I have in a gentlemanly way agreed to somewhat disagree on that very point today on this thread. But, that's not really what you are about, is it GT: intelligent discussion or even disagreement?
