If you knew what was "good for you" you'd give full disclosure and public disclaimers as a cut and paste everytime you opened your mouth in public, especially on the internet. You are just digging your hole deeper, Claude. Private consultations with some subscribers, and now giving MORE advice on US security regulations and interps of "what constitutes a 'reserve' " according to our legal definitions? Are there no end to your transgressions... OH, and I'm NOT your friend, so please refrain from the pseudo-linguistic programming...it will not work.
