Also add in CPN has long term contracts with GE for the turbines (which I assume they can't get out of without a substantial penalty). Hey lets hope they not using Arthru Andersen for their audit.

If the economy come backs any where near what we think then there will be a shortage of energy again. Takes too long to build plants. My opinion.
