AC, Baldur's name suggests to me that he is Scandinavian so I don't think the issue of patriotism is relevent in his case but even if he were a US citizen I don't think he is too out of line. Wall St is full of liars- plain & simple. Mike

AC Flyer, a level playing field would be very nice. No, we can't run a perfect market BUT the present mess needs a radical overhaul. We all see how the "right" scams and semi scams get away with murder here FOREVER. When you have LAWS it follows that you have LAW ENFORCEMENT. I don't think it's AWFULLY UNREASONABLE for example to ask of the SEC scam that they at least make an effort to justify their gestapo actions.

The affair I'm referring to is in a word PREPOSTEROUS. Trust me. I can accept losing money in the stock market BUT the SEC scam executed a stock I'm invested in 34 months ago and then without a care in the world simply watched the people involved with that Co. go on and wrap up the milking. Then they went into another co. and that has had 4-5 name changes and 3-4 reverse splits. As you can see this is all done with the DE FACTO approval of the SEC scam.

The SEC scam has produced no meaningful evidence that the Co. they executed is invalid but as even the idiots of the SEC scam may realize - the first object of stock markets is not to make you and me rich, it is to raise capital for business enterprises and ventures. And even the SEC scam may realize that when you throw such a co. out of the market abruptly all sorts of deals fall apart at once.

Take care,

BF

And P.S. Flyer - "The serious conflicts of interests generated the serious profit for Wall Street."

Whatever happened to the Analyst Hearings? As you remember members of Congress were scratching their heads over Greenspan and Wall Street and their Cuckooland fantasies last summer. Shocking. Big stuff. But these are the "right" scams. So they probably just dumped the whole pile of garbage on the desk of President Bush where it's currently collecting dust.

Later,

BF
