I can't believe the Street had a delayed reaction on this one. I pointed out a couple of days ago that MSO is one of the few names that is very leveraged to KM. And it's the consensus (I am not sure they are always right) right now that KM is going to have to do a pre-packaged chapter 11. I don't know if MSO has any financial ties with them (but certainly a great deal on the merchandizing side). Of course, if KM goes chapter 7, MSO will be easily cut in half. Like the ENE story, guilt by association. I would say, short some more here. none.

This credit card issuer is having a powerful run here. Breaking above 200 DMA on great momentum. I suppose the Street must believe economy is coming back so their loan portfolio will do better. long Feb 55 calls.
