Neocon,
You are correct sir. The point I poorly tried to make, was that the emigration process has already started. It has started because people are having trouble hiding their offshore accts from the govt. Since they can't hide their money any longer, the next logical step is to leave the country and take their money with them. That was the jist of the article.
As soon as I get some time, I will look for it.
