Tim, arguing with Solon serves no purpose other than... providing him a forum for his relentless America-bashing... Solon has nothing original to contribute to the analysis of a decision that was inherently controversial. I'm not sure I can agree with you on this. Solon can be relentless and and arguing with him can be frustrating but I did find some useful information in his posts about this subject. Tim
