Until recently, the McKies had not discovered WMT and TGT. I have to admit, I actually enjoy going in them if they are not crowded. Not quite as much fun as Home Despot, but I can always find something that I want to buy.

And if you have a 2 year old, they are pretty key in staving the flow of cash that goes into cloths that last 2 weeks before the kid grows out of them.

Luckily for me my wife's two favorite stores. The WMT supercenter here has really hurt KM.

We have a TGT, near us. I have only been in it one time. I was not at all impressed. I really did not look at the merchandise, but the atmosphere itself was rather bleak. It was maybe 10 days before Christmas, around 10:00p.m. The store was deserted. Mike and I went in for one item, a video game that we could not find at Wal-Mart, Media Play, or Best Buy. TGT, did have it. Personally I don't think that reflects that well on the store. I think the fact they had it more supports that this particular location is not up to standard. As I said the store was nearly empty. Mike was happy though, as I found a few "back" issues of magazine's with George Harrison on the cover. Mike had missed picking them up when they were "current" due to his bout with pneumonia. (Does it reflect well, that they had back issues on the shelves??? Or is that just cause they had Harrison on the front???)

As a devoted husband that drives his wife around shopping and carrying many many bags of merchandise, let me give you two stocks. COST and TJX
