If I were stalking you at your home, compiling a mammoth "documentary" on your life in organized crime, falsely reporting to federal agencies that you are a criminal with multiple social security numbers, that in no uncertain terms you've engaged in a wide variety of crimes ranging from tax evasion to money-laundering; when I present false stories to your employer in an effort to make trouble for you, when I illegally obtain and disseminate private credit information, and generally invade your privacy and make your life difficult because you didn't like my stock pick then … sure, you have every legal means at your disposal to prosecute me. If you're gonna stand up for "righteousness", Dave, stand up all the way. Or don't stand up at all. That "sort-of, squatting, halfway-supinated, indecisive position" hurts, especially with spurs on.
