I also "know that answer" croupier, and it wasn't the one they told you. But, you'll learn, one way or another. I'm guess it will be the hard way. It has to do with little "insider tricks"--read that BACKROOM standard M.O. regarding restricted shares & free trading shares games---totally documentable -- and standard end of year tax strategies whereby gains are pushed into new taxable year, etc., etc., etc. You are so screwed on BAY and still can't see it: YOU have NO clue. I'm going to break my rule about teaching you anything just this once: *HINT:* WHY WOULD ANYONE NEED TO EXCHANGE RESTRICTED SHARES FOR FREE TRADING SHARES DO YOU TRULY THINK this is the first time Sprott has done this, ever ever ever????
