I was speaking as an individual, an American, and a Citizen of Earth. The reference was to a universal outlook for all human beings not just Americans. Of course, we have a unique role. The Earthly dominion reference is universally human not more or less American than any other Nationality. I kind of hoped you'd get the gist of that from the flow of my answers taken as a whole statement. Guess I missed my target.

OK. I'm kind of looking forward to a Solonistic barrage for daring to use the word "dominion." It could lead to some interesting discussion on responsibility. I hope so.
