You ought to read my post more carefully and focus on two thoughts presented "clean energy" and "more fuel efficient". In case you need help the clean energy part eliminates the use of a lot of coal and gas and the more fuel efficient part save one million barrels of oil a day by increasing the gas mileage of US cars by 3mpg. Of course for the Republicans it is better start wars and drill oil wells everyhwere rather than be efficient, because it is bad for oil drillers (the pres's buds)and defesne companies.
