And so is Bloomberg. Bloomberg got his biggest applause when he mentioned President Bush. What is striking is that Bloomberg has seemed to go the the right of Rudy since his election.

Actually, I wouldn't disagree with you except that some ignorant people want to credit Clinton with the boom - Clinton had nothing at all to do with it as you aver. Remember, Clinton entered office during the boom and left essentially when it was over. The 1990's boom started in March 1991, almost two years before Clinton first disgraced office. The Fed confirms this.
