What is really interesting about WindowsXP now that I've had the weekend to play with it...

Is that it combines my three favorite OS's together.

It has the stability of Windows2kPro. It has the nice, flashy colors and icons like Mac. And there is some flavor of Linux built in (KDE X-Window). Very cool.

I was actually using the Classic View, but have now switched to the nice color view (normal XP). Took some getting used to, but now that I didnt immediately shun it away, it's actually quite useful how it organizes the start-menu.

And it continues to impress me in regards to speeding up my laptop -- especially 'Net browsing.

So far, I like it a lot!
