nspolar,
Both long and patience are required, and I think in that order, then again, it depends on the duration of being long, ggg.
When the patience wears thin, one can always read the Book of Job and hope some it rubs off, ggg.

As I have stated here recently, while I have held core positions, I have moved in and out of the gold sector frequently over the last five years, doing the timing thing.
But as I have also recently stated here, that has changed and have been buying with holding targets in the intermediate to long term time frame.

Best Regards,

Roebear
