Do you mean that the arabs/palistinians have always owned this land ?
Do you mean that the arabs/palistinians won title to this land by war.?
What do you mean by legal title, how did they get legal title of these lands?

Better question, is "Thomas why you just can't get over that Palestinians lost whatever legal/illegal title that they had, (many people throughout history, Jews, Non-Jews, Arabs, Serbs, Croat, including recent history )

PS If they insist on war, they could get it...and lose some more land, what is unfare?
