Steve, I think that MU will probably stay under $40 till the end of the second quarter, the scenario II may take a little longer to develop (probably peak early in 2003). There has been a huge swing in inventories of DRAM (and MU took it on the chin already with two major write offs), with Hynix being taken out, Elpida looking for a way out, the DRAM war will turn into a three ways battle, Samsung, Infineon and Micron. The Taiwanese are going to try and exploit that contraction to establish themselves, but it will take them a solid 18 months before they will be ready, thus ample time for the scenario to go ahead.
