I don't think they're referring to margin percent. I think they mean absolute dollar margins. And I think they're probably right. Borland is looking really good right now.

If you look at gross margins for the company (85%), doubling operating margins from ~8% to 16% just takes some modest revenue growth without significant increases in SG&A.
