A person has to fight for this one, sometimes does not trade for a whole week at US broker. I would guess a US broker needs a permit to trade the Canadian equivalent ( Gac.to) which is much more active .
If serious about wanting in, I suggest offering the bid price or even the ask price(if its reasonable) for a portion your trades in lieu of moving to Canada to buy gac.to.
. I most often have a dipped bid in, about 20 or 30 cents down, but it has only filled one time in many months.
