Well, President Clinton doesn't seem to want out of the spotlight and he does seem to be angling for control of the Democratic party. If Gao is right and Senator Clinton is in control, President Clinton does have the connections to pull it off. It's a matter of following the money at this point.

Nahhhh, this is all just conjecture, ...it couldn't be, ...could it?
