Any hopes that DML et al will rise because of an impending announcement of an agreement between INCO and Newfoundland may be short lived. According to a CBC Radio Morning Show news item this morning , mining analysts and even the Northern Reporter writers doubt if the 2 sides can reach an agreement and the project may once again be put on hold. The big stumbling block ( full processing of a nickel product in the Province) is still there. (SIGH). cheers Killick
