I meant to define Ted by the most base definition. Not so much this:

anarchist \An"arch*ist\, n. [Cf. F. anarchiste.] An anarch; one who advocates anarchy of aims at the overthrow of civil government.

as this:

an·ar·chist (nr-kst)
n. An advocate of or a participant in anarchism.

with the third definition most applicable:

an·ar·chism (nr-kzm)
n.
1. The theory or doctrine that all forms of government are oppressive and undesirable and should be abolished.
2. Active resistance and terrorism against the state, as used by some anarchists.
3. Rejection of all forms of coercive control and authority: “He was inclined to anarchism; he hated system and organization and uniformity” (Bertrand Russell).

and again, here, the 3rd definition:

an·ar·chy (nr-k)
n. pl. an·ar·chies
1. Absence of any form of political authority.
2. Political disorder and confusion.
3. Absence of any cohesive principle, such as a common standard or purpose.

I may be wrong, but this third definition is generally what comes to my mind, because organized anarchy seems an oxymoron to me. Imo, anarchy is the extremist form of Libertarianism.
