Disk's full again with Fogelberg and Young and a few others.... So I'll be sure to pick the Santana's on my next trip to Frys.... Seems like a great evening you had... I've always wondered about my response to a hypothetical question "Who do you love most - Clapton, Dylan, Billy Joel, KD Lang or HappyDood ?" <g>

Hi Lost1.... Thanks for taking good care of the thread while I am away. I'll be away for the most part this week as well .... am hoping to return by next week. You're right, the first three Santana disks are definite must haves. Gave CD's (including a couple of customized ones made on the home burner) to the family for Christmas.....Original Daughter #2 loved Harvest Moon....spent hours with the CD case listening and learning the songs and lyrics..... Gave Original Son #1 a burned compilation and also the Best of Santana CD .... the one from the late 80's that includes a range of work from the late 60's through the 80's. The insert includes a Santana "family tree" of the comings and goings of various incaranations of Santana....a great read. Original Daughter #1 is really into playing Christmas music on the piano.....she got The Gift by Liz Story, a collection of Christmas piano stuff from a couple years back..... Original Wife got a burned compilation and also the Shawn Colvin CD that came out last year..... Best wishes for the New Year to you and your family and to everyone else on the thread. OMD
