NYT is deliberately generating the Fog Of War with this misleading headline: Saturday January 05 03:03 PM EST Huge Decline Seen in Budget Over Next Decade By RICHARD W. STEVENSON The New York Times Providing fuel for election-year battles, analysts say the budget surplus for the next decade has shrunk to less than a third of what was projected a year ago. dailynews.yahoo.com There will be NO decline in the budget, just the surplus. And yet now we will have to endure BS about budget CUTS for the next two years. They absolutely can't win without lying and they know it. EDIT: Went to their web site and the headline there does include the word "Surplus". It is convenient that it got dropped when it moved to YAHOO.
