I agree it's the best song on the album, but unlike you, I wasn't all that impressed with the rest. I find there's a certain sameness to the songs, the same disappointment I had with Fagen's last solo effort, Kamakiriad. That one did grow on me a bit, but neither are in the category of The Nightfly or Gaucho, imo ... 'course, that's what makes a market. <g>

got SADE's for my b'day last year -- very nice -- the one about slavery -- very good. But ttill like her first album, too

you are probably too old to listen to U2, but their new one is a dandy, too. War was their best, but this one is very nice ...I think they are fortunate to have Brian Eno producing their records. That guy is good.
