If the liberals would read the President's energy plan instead of criticizing it blindly they would see that there is a good deal of conservation built into the plan. I saw the plan presented by Spencer Abraham, Secretary of Energy, prior to Sept 11. It is a real tragedy in another way that the Bush agenda has been sidetracked by the terror events as many great things were already in the works.
