jim_p -- Lester Coleman, EVP & General Counsel of Haliburton, was a seller earlier in 2001 in the 40's. What does he know that we don't?

(As an aside, it is interesting that Mr. Coleman bought shares within 6 months of when he sold them. Presumably there are no securities law issues....)

Hi Jim,
I'm not saying that the insider buying in HAL isn't important but it is obviously option or company incentive buying. Unless of course we can believe a bunch of them decided to buy all on the same day and all buying the same amount 34594 shares. But whatever I'm going to give HAL a little swing Monday myself. Take care and thanks for the great posts.

Steve
