IT is a sad situation when you see working people get sucked into the Republican rhetoric of believing that the Democrats are giving their money to the welfare recipients. I think it has been shown that corporate welfare far exceeds the welfare given to private individuals. Of course they argue that it creates jobs...............so does private welfare!! LOL

A few weeks back I posted an article from a Houston newspaper that stated 50 billion dollars in assets have disappeared from the Enron books. The article stated that it was thought that each board member made off with 500 million each!! I'll get in touch with my relative who lives in Houston to see what is being said currently. He talks with people who worked for Enron so he gets good info. I have talked to him recently, but not about Enron...........it's my son who lives there.

Happy New Year!
