You asked the question and I gave you the $332 million answer. I believe those checks were good at the bank when shareholders cashed them too. Handicap it if you want, but Hunter-Dickinson has been a player. Of course these were sold and developed in boom times, virtually EVERYTHING on the planet was. Why does that diminish the accomplishment? At any rate the question you asked related to their credibility, and I've answered that. In terms of today's environment they've adapted to the awful climate, gone about their business, and if there are really any critics of their track record, Ivanhoe could well answer again with mine number 4. I think ARQ may pan out in time too.
