Bryan - re. 401k Here's an irony for you. The fund managers at a company like T. Rowe Price are considered "experts" and therefore the owners of our company wouldn't be liable for underperformance. (I consider that ironic because several of our employees, including myself, do a better job of managing our personal non-401k investments as these purported experts). All our employees have equal access to all the information about the funds offered through our 401k, and that satisfies our obligation as employers. Glad you no longer work for a company like that!
