I am strictly a Criminal Defense Litigator, and do some PI, and Chapter 7.

I have a small firm w/ my brother, and O I prefer to trade then practice! LOL

I have not seen the case, and heard of it in several articles, and through Hal IR.

Its important that everyone understand that I only have a distant OPINION, and I have no PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of up coming events that could hamper the stock.

I had alway know about the Asbestos even back a year ago. I felt the stock reflected the liability when it fell from 45 to 28. It was then that I started to wonder why HAL was not bouncing back when OSX had small rally. Then she went from 19-27, then back to 20 again. I almost bought but noticed she was not moving up w/ OSX. HAL use to move in tandem w/ SLb, and BHI. Then I watched her get clobbered that friday, and bought at 11.change and sold 2 days later at 13.90.

If anyone wants more info on liability they should call HAL!

One thing I do want to say, if they win kust 1 of their recent cases..in a small award...HAL could bounce to 18-22 in days!!

The same could be true the other way..

One last thing, I am surprised at the amounts of the awards, and even more surprised that judge did not LOWER damages!

It has me wondering where these cases are going.
