the restaurant business is so competitive that I wouldn't want to go with smallcaps unless they were very low P/E (<=7) or P/CF or had great growth prospects. I don't know any of the names you listed so I can't judge their true growth prospects. The largecaps can at least accrue some advantage from brand awareness.
