Perhaps. But even I agree that I would rather see a buy back than pay more taxes via dividends. Cripes, they could unload $7B and buy back 100M shares, and still have a ton of cash. Of course that buying pressure might drive up Bill's worth a little more -g-

Yes, MSFT has a war chest of cash. But to call it a scheme is going a little too far. A bad car, maybe -gg-
