Maybe we should have a sample constitution to send to Gorby so GeorgeW, Tony, Hu, Vladamir, Jacques, Gerhard, Shri, Nelson [as in Mandela], Junichiro and Megawati, Gloria and Helen, [Hobbitland's PM, to give gender balance and short people representation], will know what they are supposed to agree to. Anyone got a good constitution we can send to Gorby for the meeting on 20 Feb 2002? Doesn't need to be too long. Not too turgid either.
