Aces Hardware has power consumption figures

aceshardware.com

P4 2K, with shrink, voltage reduction from the shrink, new layout, and move to copper went from 72w typical to 52.4w typical. 27% reduction.

Athlon 1K with new layout and move to copper went from 49w to 41.3 w. 16% reduction. We'll have to see how much additional reduction Athlon gets when it shrinks to .13, lowers voltage, then later when it moves to SOI.

I used Athlon 1000 numbers because some Athlon 1200 and all 1400 chips come from Dresden and used copper.
