I live in New Orleans. The public education system here is a disgrace. Most people who can afford it send their kids to private schools to get close to the education that I received in a public (not public in the English definition, but state run) school in England.

<I don't think it's necessarily sunk in yet but black IQ is only lower when educated in the USA. There are other countries too probably, but Germany is not one of them. Even when USA blacks have kids overseas the problem "goes away", You need more then a Stanford education to explain that one. I wonder what that infers?> PB, It infers that you are saying that the USA is NOT the greatest country on earth, in our galaxy and possibly in the universe in some respect. That is not acceptable in this discussion group. America is the greatest place in the world and everyone knows that. You are inferring that the education system is bad. You are saying that the USA is racist, mishandling a sector of the population based on their high level melanin content. Surely that can't be true. Being a multidimensional statistical genius, can you please explain whether the high-melanin people who go overseas from the USA is an accurately representative sample of those who are left behind? It suddenly occurred to me that by leaving the USA, they might be showing high levels of DNA IQ. But maybe they are randomly selected by government authorities and involuntarily shipped overseas in a press-gang and after a time in the military, develop some of that military intelligence and common sense. Perhaps the USA is so boring that they get more sensory stimulation or exposed to more thinking when overseas so their IQs develop better. But I think it's illegal to say that the USA isn't the best place on earth, so you shouldn't infer that. That's like saying you are against them and George W has said that people around the world are either for them or against them. He's shown what you get if you are against them. Did you consider the possibility that high-melanin people who go overseas are smarter than those who don't, right there in their DNA? Is that possible in multidimensional analysis and can we falsify that theory with a spot of your multi-dimensional analysis or other statistical gerrymandering? The USA is the greatest! Mqurice

I believe that the explanation is that the US has a problem with a substantial percentage of its black underclass (everything from food to attitude), and that sort of underclass isn't allowed to exist in Germany. But the racists could undoubtedly come up with lots of other explanations. Here's two: (1) I guess that proves that Americans are smarter than blacks *and* Germans. Hey, the results of WW1 and WW2 should show this. (2) The Germans are so picky about race, that getting into the pants of their women requires far more than the usual intelligence. -- Carl
