<barbarians are at the gates of the Lang empire>

It pretty easy to see what the prize is with VLG. Stock has a market cap of about C$3.45 m which buys Atna a liability free balance sheet of C$5.85 m including 665,000 shares of SUL, 10,000,000 shares of Northern Orion.

Lang abuses? Don't know much about the parties other than my DD and pass on SUL. An abuse argument no doubt will be made as latest quarterly shows:

569K receivable listed as "Loan" to Lang Mining.

G & A on legal, office, shareholder relations, travel for just THREE MONTHS of 178K.

Barbarians? Frying pan into the fire (*)? Maybe, but this kind of exercise in the junior sector is welcome and necessary IMO. No company management can let a stock wither down to 60% of working capital and live to tell about it.

(*) ATN is a net net too with a market cap of C$6.1 m and $8.6 m in the treasury. Again, big spenders on G & A.
