I don't see the relevance. It is unlikely that they will release hoof & mouth disease either, but it is still more likely than a missle attack. There are many many things that terrorists are unlikely to do, but would still be easier and more effective than building or smuggling rockets. May if they could buy them at a surplus store or something..?

Scarey thought.... In America .01% or 1 in 10,000 represents about 30,000 individuals in the US.

Point being that in 10,000 people it is quite likely that you would find someone who would support almost anything imaginable.....
