The military likes intelligence. <Depends on how the draft was done I expect.> They are trying to do a serious job and don't have as much room for politically correct mumbo jumbo as the political, social engineering, EEO, and all humans are the same wackoes. They selected people with a tolerable intelligence. The military was one of the first groups to do intelligence testing. Hence they want minimum IQ 119 for certain groups. They need them to be quick-thinking good problem-solvers. So the theory that melanin-rich people overseas get better environmental intelligence enhancement is false.
