I never bought all of the black helicopter rumors. I doubt that martial law would be declared, at least at this point. But I would view with greater distrust the opportunistic use of the crisis......

Well we really don't know, but to give Gore his due, at least he now admits that Bush won and has even said that he's glad he's not President in this situation.
