PPS - you are betting against the insiders by selling.

Their margin of safety of the dividend is OK in 2001 at 90% coverage. Their target is 80%, so the 2002 dividend depends on the outlook for 2002. Anyone have a guess for 2002 FFO?

I expect that if FFO stays level, the dividend will not be reduced.
