Only a liberal can get away with a statement that giving 40 billion dollars BACK to the people it belongs to, causes a recession. And they get away with it because no one in the media will call them on it.

Let me get this straight, we paid too much to the govt. so President Bush says here's some of it back, and that poor excuse for a human says that's what caused this recession. Who could possibly be so stupid to believe that?...oh never mind.
