The Maginot Line was not obsolete. That is why the Nazis marched through Belgium. I am not too worried about pitting our engineers against the engineers of North Korea or Iraq. The idea is that it should be an evolving system, because we are trying out innovative technologies, kind of like the test pilot program in the '50s and '60s. Guess all of that stuff was a boondoggle for the aircraft companies. Gee, I begin to see the light. My Winger friends are going to convince me that the FBI deliberately set babies on fire, and you are going to convince me that the defense establishment is conspiring to put a few extra bucks into Bush's pocket. Then I will know never to trust anyone again, because all of those in responsible position are really crooks and murderers.......
