I was just boldly quoting the newly released Intel
Datasheet, page 93:

"A thermal solution must be designed to ensure the temperature of the processor does not exceed these specifications.",

and the table follows, Maximum Tcase=68 C for 2GHz,
and 69C for 2.2GHz, strangely enough.
