If the critics are so much against stifling creativity, why do they cram so many adhd drugs down them?

Interesting story in the Los Angeles Times

Los Angeles Unified School District agreed to award 3 African American teachers $310,000 who claimed they suffered from discrimination.

Seems they were passed over in assignments, in favor of less-qualified candidates. The teachers also complained of harassment, and a hostile environment.

The article never mentioned who was receiving favorable treatment (and those harassing the African American teachers), but did say that the school was "predominantly Latino".
