Can't be...Elmer has guaranteed otherwise...and what's more, Elmer implies that the p4 demand is so great that with increased p4 supply, XP is roadkill...(no matter that increasingly reality suggests that the p4 "dud" will be lucky to sop up the scraps that fall off the table after XP has had its fill)!!!
