Are there other parts of the Constitution you dislike beyond the Bill of Rights?

I don't believe that law enforcement in our country
railroads innocent people for crimes they did not commit.

Oh, but it does and has happened. Most in jail are undoubtedly guilty. But 100%? Not quite.

I am highly skeptical of claims that there are people on death row who are innocent.
And this has also happened. There have been numerous death row inmates released because DNA evidence, a technique not available at the time they were convicted, showed they could not have committed the crime they were convicted of.

And even if in extremely rare cases they are, the reason they ended up on death row is probably because they are criminals who were likely responsible for other, even worse crimes that were not found out.
If you can prove this, you can keep them in jail. But you have to prove it.

I don't believe in "Miranda warnings," nor do I favor the right of a person to have an attorney present when they are questioned.
You have a problem with these?
Amendment V.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

I think any innocent person should have nothing to fear in answering questions asked by the police.
True in ordinary cases. And then there are those high profile, highly publicized cases where the pressure is on the cops to get SOMEBODY and charge and convict them. So they do.

You know, there are some indications from recent physics that time travel just actually be possible. Maybe you should wait until a time machine is invented, then travel back to Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. I think you'd be much happier there.
