The recent issuance was at $20.00 and raised about $100 million....and then the Lily deal was at $18.00...hard to explain the drop...but as with you, I'm ready to pick up a few shares if it appears this market isn't ready to crater.

I re-established my position this morning at 18.40....I was fortunate to catch the run from 15.00 to plus 20.00...hope I will be as lucky this time. Hard to believe this stock is trading at these levels...considering all the positives.
