panteon, I'm not done with IMCL. After I find out the date the company meets with FDA this month, I'll on that day buy a large number of puts and short the common to the max. After the meeting, my guess is the company will come out and announce the need for aditional clinical trial, basically fess up on how they messed up big time with the earlier trials. WS will also question IRAC's interpretation of results.

In the event stock bounces over 40 before the meeting, I'll just short the common.
